Returns & Exchanges

At Gatta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new hosiery or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure that for hygiene reasons, hosiery and intimate items remain unopened and unworn.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location. Remember to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
